Famous couples as table numbers

My fiance and i are having a valentines wedding and we are looking to name the tables after famous characters..preferably fictional like Ross and Rachel, Ralph and Alice etc...

Has anyone done this and do you have any ideas

i originally was going to do a valentines wedding and i had found an idea similar to this on the internet. they used couples like romeo and juliet.

i found this on a website
Special Touches: Instead of table numbers, name your tables after famous romantic couples. These can be real: Jessica Tandy and Hume Cronyn, fictional: Fred and Wilma Flintstone, contemporary: David and Courtney Cox Arquette, or ancient: Antony and Cleopatra. Other famous couples: Grace Kelly and Prince Ranier, Katherine Hepburn and Spencer Tracy, Robert and Elizabeth Browning, Romeo and Juliet, Queen Victoria and Prince Albert, Paul Newman and Joanne Woodward, Sarah Jessica Parker and Matthew Broderick.

I saw someone on here who did something similar. She had a picture of the couple and a quote from the movie on each. I know Noah and Allie from the notebook was one of them, can't remember the rest. I can't remember who it was though.

i like that idea! You'd need to pick a theme though. Either all fictional or all real. TV shows, movies, or plays. Stuff like that. Make sure they're couples that people have actually heard of, otherwise they're gonna be VERY confused. lol. I really love that idea though.

I think that's a cute idea but I would do famous couples. You have to think about the older people, they might not know some of these couples.

I LOVE this idea!!!! I saw you write 'Ralph and Alice' and you got me!!! How about Ed and Trixie?

I'd say keep it to all fictional characters, or all real-life couples as some PPs have said. You could do all TV show couples, all movie couples, all old-black & white movie couples, or something like that Drew Barrymore movie with 'famous couples in history.'
