Re: Calling All Newlyweds

Somewhere around $17k for 75 people on a Saturday night in September at Coral House. This doesn't include rings, and we didn't have video. Despite the low cost (comparing it to what others paid), it was memorable and beautiful. I wouldn't have done anything differently.

Re: Calling All Newlyweds

185 people on a saturday night, about 20,000 for the reception itself, and another 10-12,000 for everything else (dress, tux, limos, flowers, favors, DJ, etc.) I did get a break on my flowers though so it may have been 2 or so more thousand.

Re: Calling All Newlyweds

Ooo, my first newlywed post!

About $20K for 128 people (I was actually surprised since everyone said you can't have a decent wedding for $20K!). I did not add in decorations, favors, invites, and a few minor things.

Re: Calling All Newlyweds

I think with everything, including HM, rings and most of the little extras we ended up spending close to $45 for 138 people on a Saturday evening wedding. It was worth every cent though! Our wedding day was perfect and we had a great time on our HM!!

Re: Calling All Newlyweds

This is a scary thing to think about! Good thing my new husband doesn't go on this board...he still has no clue about what we spent! We had a Sat night Jericho Terrace(read my bad review on the brides board) 230 people 10/12 and it cost about 45-50K for everything!!! You have to do what you have to do!!
