about 2 months after the wedding, and then I am still making 1000 changes to it!

Same here, we started the process about 2 months after our wedding in May but I have made a few changes. I'm suppose to meet with the photographer next week to finalize everything and give him the ok to go ahead and complete the album.
We still haven't given our parents their pictures yet

We made an appt. with Cassarino's album designer which motivated us to sit and discuss which pics to put in our album. It was a 2 hour process of pondering pics and pics which many look the same.

We haven't done it yet, nor have we done anything with our video. But I actually pulled out the proofs yesterday, so hopefully we can get our act together sometime this month.

I took my Mom too and we went early Jan. Married 9/26/03.
