We came back from our HM in Paris, France and it was awaiting for us in the mail. We went to Paris, France for our HM for 11 days. It was real quick for us. I guess depending on the time of year where it's popular with what month to get married affects the speed of the processing from the county clerk.

I suggest you wait a little longer about 3 days or so? If you don't hear anything call the county cleak office where your officiant/minister sent it.
