Im a teacher, so I get dressed up. Some days will be more casual than other ays. But in the summer time, we wear capris.

Suits and business casual. I think wearing a suit is so easy. I don't have to put much thought into it. I have a more difficult time trying to coordinate for business casual.

really boreing business casual

99.99% of the time its dark pants and a sweater with either brown or black pumps.

I need to go on that What Not to Wear show.

We are supposed to be Business Formal....but in my dept. we are pretty laxed about it!
I don't even own a nice suit!!!

Business casual, I usually wear a skirt or a pants suit. Fridays we are allowed to dress down.

It was always suits until 2001 which the office dress policy changed to business casual.
