Gino's Galleria of Tux = Failure
I used Gino's in Farmingdale for my recent wedding and really regret it. I had such a horrible experience that it ruined the day before my wedding. Most importantly, the guys were not happy with the quality of the tux's - specifically the shirts. My father in law said his was like wearing a tissue - it was so thin and the sleeves were discolored. On top of that, the staff was extremely rude to my parents when they went to pick up my father's tux. When I called to complain the owner went on and on talking out how busy they were and then proceeded to complain to me for ten minutes about how - in her own words - 'nasty' my mother was. Maybe instead of complaining to me about my own mother she should have been helping the line of customers she said she had.Bottom line - look elsewhere for tuxedo rentals. I was literally embarassed to send my friends and family there after the poor quality and awful service I received.

Re: Gino's Galleria of Tux = Failure
We just had a similar experience my husbands shirt had blood stains on the collar. I didn't go with him to pick it up as I was busy,,hedidnt notice so that's how he walked the bride down the aisle. My sons shoes actually broke, when we went to return the tuxes the owner couldn't have cared less. Disappointing.
