My 5/14/11 Wedding

Ok so this has been something that I have wanted to do for a long time. But once all the wedding hupla was over I kind of lost track of it. So here is my review of our amazing day (that went by way too quickly)

Venue
Woodmere Country Club A+++++++
This place is amazing!!! Working with Don was such a great experience. He is a true professional and great guy! I know that wedding food has its downsides but the food at the Woodmere Club was absolutely AMAZING!! Out cocktail hour was just insane!!

Metro Florist Great Neck A++++
Adrian really put his all into this one!! I am not a flower girl or big on colors like pink and purple so when I came to Adrian with the idea that I only wanted WHITE flowers it for sure was something different. Adrian and his staff did an amazing job and my flowers were out of this world

RENEGADE!!!! Beyone A++++
I am going to make a big statement here.. THIS IS THE BEST WEDDING BAND EVER!!!!!!!! I come from a family of big partyers and friends who are even bigger partyers. All my husband and I wanted was a big party for our wedding!! Well Dave and his band delivered big time!! There as one point where my aunt said ' oh i love this song I am so happy they have this CD' that is when I had to chime in and let her know it was not a CD but the band singing!!! They are the BEST (get my point)

Wedding Salon of Manhasset A+
I was in love with my dress then and still am till this day. They were so great to work with. Not that type of girl who likes a lot of hoopla while shopping get very overwhelmed very easily. I was so calm and relaxed every time I walked into the Salon.

Glenmar of Roslyn Photographer B++
Ok so out of all my vendors they were my least fav. Not that they were bad but they were not my favorite. I think I alot has to do with the fact that 8 hours before I was to walk down the aisle they called telling me the 2 yes 2 photographers that I picked to shoot my wedding BOTH had a stomach virus and would not be able to be there. They sent 2 other photographers and I just had to move past it.. nothing I could have done. But just left a sour taste in my mouth if you know what i mean!
Oh and PS it was never brought up when i was picking out my pics. No apology or anything!

Orange Films A++
Loved my video. Edward was great to work with and is so talented our video is like a crazy music video so modern and I love it! I loved how you did not even know he was there. No big ladders or bright lights.

Make up- About Face Artistry A+++
Stacy Doolan is one of a kind!! My make up was amazing and stayed on all night. I have oily skin and sweat alot. but my make up looked as fabulous at the end of my wedding (or the next morning cause I didnt take it off hahha) then it did the second she was done.

Thanks girls. I got my hair done at Aqua in Hewlett ( southshore). Anderson is the name of the stylist.
I took my veil off after the cocktail hour. That pic of me holding it was taken at cocktail hour. I know already looks like we are partying!
