My 8/8 Wedding Review!!! :):) (long)

Well, I could not have had a more wonderful day!! Honestly, everything was perfect!! Everything was exactly how we had planned and believe me, all the planning, time, and money spent was totally worth it!!! :)
Practically, the entire week before the wedding was rainy, but we got lucky that Friday! It was threatening rain all day, but when we were leaving to go to the church at 4:45, the sky was blue and the sun was out!! I was so happy! :)
Okay, so now for the reviews of the vendors...

The Reception: The Floral Terrace
I cannot say enough good things about this place. It was amazing!! The food and the service was incredible! We have never seen so much food at a cocktail hour before, and neither had our guests! They loved it!! Everything was so elegant and the maitre 'd and the attendents were so nice and accomodating!! They made sure everything was perfect and it was! We couldn't have been happier!!!

Photographer: Gray Studios
We used Stephen and he is wonderful! He is a lot of fun to work with and he does great work!! His assistant was really nice as well. They did a lot of awesome shots! I cannot wait to see the proofs! Our wedding party only missed 5 minutes of the cocktail hour & we only missed 20 min. We were very happy that we were able to be at most of the cocktail hour! :) I highly recommend Gray studios to others! You will be very happy with their work! :)

Florist: Colonial Florist
I used Irene and she does amazing work! The flowers were beautiful, as were the centerpieces! Everything was just how I pictured. She decorated the wedding cake with flowers as well, which I loved! My sister also used Colonial last year for her wedding & we were very happy with them...I definitely recommend them!

DJ: Spin Around Sound
We had seen Tom play at my cousins wedding a few years ago & we loved him! He was great and we knew from the beginning that we wanted to use him. He fulfilled our expectations and was great!!! He played many of the songs on our request list and the dance floor was filled all night! We definitely recommend spin around sound to others!!! We were very happy with them! :)

Videographer: Wild Rose
I have heard so many great things about them & I am so glad that we went with them. Marie was so kind & accomodating, and so was David. They were unobtrusive, which we appreciated, and we cannot wait to see the video! :) I definitely recommend them as well!! :)

Limos: Serenity Limos
They were great! The Excursion was really nice and clean as well! Our limo driver, Ralph, was the sweetest! He was so helpful! He was even feeding me cookies as the photographer was taking pics of me before the church. After the ceremony, he had a glass of ice water ready for me. He was great, and he was on time with everything also!

Hair & Make-up: Maximus in Merrick
I love Maximus! They did an awesome job on everyone! I used William for my hair & Nadine for my makeup. They did a great job. Both of my sisters and 2 of my bridesmaids got their hair & makup done & they looked beautiful! I was so happy with the results, it was just what I wanted to look like on my wedding day:)

Honeymoon: Aruba
It was amazing!! We stayed at the Radisson and it was beautiful!

Overall, I am so happy to be married!!

Congrats!!! Your sister posted pics and I realized that I saw you at Maximus! I was getting my hair cut and was admiring how great you looked!
