wow this is horrible to read, you did the right thing poor service and being treated like crap deserves an honest review!!! Maybe one day they will learn to treat their customers with respect and realize people pay a lot of money not to be treated like garbage!!

Coral house has never gotten great reviews. I still remember their commercials on tv as a kid for weddings and the wicker peacock chairs like in the wedding singer.. They should probably close it down or re-manage again.

Hair in food too?? Not even just one plate, on multiple plates? That's gross. Cold food or bad tasting food is tolerable but dirty food is too much. You can't even say it was one stray hair which happens time to time. It was on multiple plates.. Thats pretty bad.

I hope they dont give you the plates of food and just give you back your money or some kind of compensation.

agreed! I made 100% sure those hideous chairs were no where in site for our day haha! and they had new chair covers... the room was beautiful - the service and treatment of the paying customer was atrocious!

Ohhhh honey im so sorry that your day went so awry. I hope they make good on their extremely poor service and broken items. This makes me so mad that an establishment could do this to a bride. And hair in the food ??? I hope out of all this headache, you still have happy memories of the most important things like looking at your fiance and saying i do , celebrating with family and friends, and starting your new life together. I'm so sorry to hear this. After all the money the bride and groom pay they should be bending over backwards for you. I hope they have finally returned your calls and made some kind of effort to make it up to you not that that can change the memory of your wedding day.

So sorry you had to experience such awful service and treatment on your wedding day! Just wondering if you have any updates on if they reimbursed you, or made right of this? I have a friend whose looking to book their wedding here for next year, and she's curious about if they rectified the situation for you. She's very weary about booking with them, but her FH is the one who likes this venue. I told her to take her checkbook and RUN!

OMG lindsay i cant believe this happened to you. im SO sorry....! after all of the time and effort! you worked so hard for this day with your DIY etc, and for them to treat you like that is ridiculous. After all the money and they treat you like that? that is horrible. They could have at least tried to make things better and fix these issues....im so sorry you had to go through this!

Just had my bridal shower at Coral House. I can not say enough great things about them. They went above and beyond. Great service and beautiful decor. The food was also great.
