You looked beautiful on your wedding day and your reception at JT looked great! I saw in your pics that you had a candy buffet and an icecream bar. Was the icecream bar part of the venetian hour? We're having our reception at JT in a 3 weeks and we're going to be under our guarantee by about 20 so I'm trying to figure out what JT could possibly give us.

SO sorry I didn't get back to you sooner! We just bought a house and moved so I have been crazy busy but to answer your question... The ice cream bar was not part of the venetian hour. I LOVE ice cream and had to have it so it was just a part of our candy bar that I had done. I didn't know how it would be set up but JT actually was very creative in incorporating it into the candy bar.

I just went to JT to look into having my wedding there this fall. My only concerns are:
1. there are 3 weddings going on at a time. Did you run into any of the other brides or their guests?
2. Smokers - They have to go out the front door only to smoke? there is no balconys or anything off the rooms. Where there alot of people always outside hanging out?

I really wanted a place that only did one wedding at a time but love JT. Its gorgeous!
I actually had my prom there but it has been totally redone.
Anything you recommend would be appricated!

Hi,
I really loved Jericho Terrace. We were so happy with everything they did for us.in regards to your questions...
No, we didn't see the other bridal party or their guests. They stagger the wedding times so that you don't run into them. We were in the Dome room and there was a wedding going on next door but I didn't see the bride. To tell you the truth I don't even know if I saw any of their guests when I went to the bathroom. Sure it is possible my guests saw their guests but I don't think that would really matter. I did feel like we were the only wedding there. I had a similar concern before my wedding but it was fine. Everything was wonderful.
I asked my husband about the smoking and we didn't notice anyone missing to go outside and smoke. Its funny you mention it because afterwards I saw pictures of my groomsmen and a few bridesmaids outside smoking and was wondering when they went out because I had no idea they were even gone. There is so much going on that day that you don't even really notice the little things.

Another thing I loved about JT is you get to meet with a wedding planner to help bounce some ideas off of and I ended up hiring her.Hiring Francesca from Dazzling Affairs was one of those things from my wedding that I am so happy I did.

I also loved Starlight Express, their recommended DJ. They were great and did exactly what I wanted - play great music and keep the talking to a minimum. We specifically wanted an MC like that but you can ask for someone more outspoken.

Congratulations! You looked beautiful. I'm glad you had such a fantastic day. I was just wondering what color you bill levkoff Bridesmaids dresses were? They have a few 'red family' colors that are hard to tell apart.
