Chateau Briand vs. Crest Hollow?

I'm tied between these two venues for a Labor Day weekend 2016 wedding. Both venues are nice. CB doesn't have the best location, however, they updated and modern rooms, nice art-deco SoBe Miami outdoor options and new renovations. On the other hand, CH has a phenomenal entrance, lots of outdoor space and greenery. The best cocktail hour I've seen for outdoors. However, their rooms are very 'old school' and a tad too traditional for me. If it rains, their indoor ceremony and cocktail hour doesn't look that great.

Sooo... I'm tied. Any advice anyone?

go with your gut...seems like you are leaning towards chateau briand and if you have out of town guests they are in a great advantage with the hotel next door and various restaurants and shopping by foot and no need of a cab or car rental
