Hair/ make up for my future mother in law--

Hi everyone,

My future mother in law is looking for a place to go to get her hair and makeup done--it actually would be more convenient if it was someone that could come to her. She lives in Queens though, I don't know if anyone would be willing to do this as she doesn't drive. If anyone has anything to help me out here, I would so greatly appreciate it!! Thank you!!
