There is a thread in the brides board about you. I am sure this is a very busy time for you but it may be easier to post an explanation to the myriad of questions then answer each of your client questions separately. As one of your clients, I too am getting concerned by some of the comments.

Yes, I was alerted to the questions and comments. Some kind of miscue in communication, as I ALWAYS return my calls ASAP. If I don't it means I didn't get the message or some other reason that is not intentional.
