Newly Engaged....Looking for a venue!

Hi everyone! I have recently just got engaged and we are now looking for venues. Our budget is around 75 to 80 per person but I'm having trouble finding a place. I don't like the place to look too 'stuffy' or over the top. I'm looking into The Sterling and Floral Terrace. Anyone have any experience with these two or prices? I'm flexible with March and April dates of 2015. Any advice would be appreciated.

P.S I check out the Vineyards (so beautiful and staff wonderful but I can't afford 110 a plate) and checked out Coral House but a bit bothered by more than 1 wedding at a time.
