Venues for July 2014 wedding

we are looking at venues for our July 26 2014 wedding. We already booked the date with the church and have a mass at 3pm so we need an evening wedding. we have a rather large guest list of about 220-250 people. we are looking for venues that are not the traditional catering hall styles. we have looked at a few private country clubs and i called other venues such as the Royalton, Carlyle on the Green, Sand Castle, Bridgeview Yacht Club and The Woodlands. None of them were available for our date except the Royalton...which is way out of our price range. We are looking to stay around $150 including tax and fees. Does anyone have any suggestions????

Just did a wedding @ The village inn lake success off the LIE, nice venue very open more of a contempory feeling, Philp stone caterers.
