Jess or Deanna,
There is a small table behind the sweetheart table in the winter garden pavillion, correct?
I want to put my cardbox there and a pic and candle for my grandparents who past.
No - the only thing there is the ledge and rocks with the waterfall.... i'm sure if you asked - they could put the table somewhere...but i'm not sure how it would fit in there...

Another question - I am having seating arrangement stress.
If I have a table of 8 - do they put 8 people at a table for 12 or do they have a smaller table they can use?
i didn't notice if the table size was different - but i had tables of 8 and tables of 13....so it wasn't a big deal! no worries!

You had 13 adults at one table? A table of 8 didn't look wierd?
Sorry, but I am really stressed over this.

i think we have all come to the conclusion that it depends on the month of your wedding & the day of the week. I did get a room - but my wedding was in January and on a Sunday night.

Re: FOX HOLLOW BRIDES - Question & Answer Thread
I was given a room also, but my wedding will be in January as well.I'm not really sure how they work it. I have also heard if you have a min. of 200 guests at the wedding they will give you a free room. So maybe the free room comes in the off season and/or if you have a large wedding
The BM also told us the hotel sometimes either gives you a free room or the guest discount.
They didn't give us the Bridal Suite, just a regular 1 bedroom suite. From what I hear, the difference is the linens, champagne in the room, rose petals on the bed and chocolates. You should ask them to give you a room and if they'll upgrade you to a bridal suite if you don't already have one.

Re: FOX HOLLOW BRIDES - Question & Answer Thread
Sunday weddings get a free room....I tried SO HARD to get a free room because
a) I didn't want to 'waste' the $250 on 6 hours in a hotel room (we had to be up early to go to the airport the next morning)
and
b) my Banq Mgr (that no longer works there) told me it wouldn't be a problem, but didn't write it in my contract.
I had no luck. I ended up coming back to my apt that night and it was the best decision. I used that $250 on 2 leather bags in Italy instead!!!

1. i had 13 at one table, but not everyone showed, so it wasn't that tight....
2. no - i don't think that you can - unless you do it at your final meeting with them.
