Thanks Girls!! No I haven't booked anything else yet. We just booked the hall last week.

I'm the one who had the awful experience booking! But I have been to other weddings there before and Love the place. We decided on Jan since the price was in our budget and with the fireplaces, I think it will make for a great Winter Wedding

Our reception is in the Briar Fox room and I was concerned about how the DJ is set up there. Dave the Director told me if I use the house DJ then the speakers would be set up when you first walk in....out of the way of the guests. This is a big concern for me.

hi there!! i just had my winter wedding in the Briar Fox room!! it was gorgeous!! i loved it! and we used High Voltage for our DJ ,he was great!! he set his speakers up when the guests walked in also..by the doors.. it was perfect!!
i got my proofs online if you want to take a look.. there are some photos in that room, and the photo studio

thanks everyone!! im so glad you all enjoyed them!! i was happy to get outside for the night shots.. did i mention how freakin cold i was!! but it was worth it!

Wow you got some great shots. I'm so excited because I'm using The Velvet Studio and I guess a little part of me was doubting my choices but I love how your pics came out!

It's so that you have to order prints through them. Otherwise you could copy the image and upload on another site like shutterfly. But it does make it hard to really see the pic espcially the candids but they look great.

yay!! Bob and his wife were awesome!! i loved how the pictures came out!! especially withthe winter weddings.. there is so much you can do!!
especially because we did not go anywhere in between, so it was great that we had the photo stuido!!

yea its annoying that some of them are hard to see.. my CD proofs better not be like that!! i have to find that out!

Did you have your Bridal Suite upstairs?? Did you use it during the reception? They are giving me the one upstairs by the offices - it just seems so far away!

Honestly, no matter who you book, if you tell them to do the same, Im sure they will!!

And in my opinion, yes some of us have rough times with Fox Hollow, but I really think this happens with every hall. But according to all the past Fox Hollow brides, they really come through the day of!! And thats what is most important!

yes i had that room also!! once the reception started i never went back to that room... i didnt want to miss any of the reception!! unless i had to pee, which i didnt!
its not a far walk at all , you will be fine!!
