Re: FOX HOLLOW BRIDES - Question & Answer Thread

When we did our final meeting we each got a glass of wine from the bartender and after the meeting we had dinner and got a free bottle of wine.

It was lobster night and it was yummy!

Do they put bottles of wine on the tables as a standard or do we need to request it?

We had it 'thrown in' and were told it was not standard. It's also listed on the upgrades list so I'd check with your BM or Jenn N. and make sure you get it in writing!!

Grrr. I love the fox hollow but this kind of stuff is just annoying - seems like you get different answers from them depending on who you ask!

Re: FOX HOLLOW BRIDES - Question & Answer Thread

Kristen,
Wine is provided on the tables at no additional charge. There will be a bottle of white wine on ice, and a bottle of red on the table replenished constantly throughour the affair.
Let me know if you need anything else.
Thanks, Jen

Now we know :) Jen wrote back in 2 mins! She is great

not for the hotel, but for booking at the Fox Hollow for their wedding they get a dinner. i dont remember Ron mentioning it, but was wondering if anyone else had heard that

we were told that and when we went it didn't happen at first- we were told that your BM had to make the arrangements prior. We ended up getting it for free b/c our waiter was awful and he ran FH credit card through twice!! So for the inconvenience they comped us. Def check it out with your BM. we were also told that table linens were included as well as our wedding night at the INN I better check it out and make sure we get that in writing!! My parents have the contract so I have no clue

definitely check into it to make sure you know what you're getting because 'linens' usually just includes the table cloths and napkins not the chair covers.
we are also getting a night at the inn and were told it was taken care of for us.

oh, Jen also told us that she was 'giving' us the wine on the tables. we thought that meant it wasn't standard. oh well... as long as we're getting it

Re: FOX HOLLOW BRIDES - Question & Answer Thread

Just a reminder for you girls - even though your room is comped at the hotel, you still need to reserve it. Inn at Fox Hollow is one of the nicest hotels in that area, so reserve ASAP so you get one of the bridal suites (not sure how different it is, since they are all suites)

Re: FOX HOLLOW BRIDES - Question & Answer Thread

What goes on at the final meeting? We already went and made our menu choices, linens, cake, etc.

FH will be alone dropping our stuff off (maybe he can conference call me in?) and he is clueless about wedding stuff - surprised?

Random question, before I call I want to know the general consensus on this.

one of my BM booked at Fox Hollow on our recommendation, and they were told they get a free meal at the restaurant. I don't remember if we were told about it, but I was wondering if anyone knew anything about this.

and CONGRATS TO UPCOMING FH BRIDES

the night we signed our contract we got a free dinner and supposedly on your 1 yr. anniversary you can get a free dinner there. FH's cousins got married there and they got it too

When we booked we were told we could have dinner there and that they cover drinks and appatizers. FH and i went and ended up being charged for all of it. Then FH talked to a different BM and we went with our parents and tehy covered the first round of drinks and appatizers.

I just reread what you wrote and I believe you are talking about rooms at the Inn. They do a free buffet dinner sunday-thursday nights and bfast in the mornings.

Hey Ladies,

I had to stop by Fox Hollow today to meet with PWP. I snapped many pictures if anyone needs some reminders of what specific rooms look like.

Feel free to take a look
