Re: FOX HOLLOW BRIDES - Question & Answer Thread

Is there an elevator in the Fox Hollow? Nana isn't in a wheel chair but might have trouble with steps.

I think that there is one, but depending on the rooms it may be easier to go outside. Jenn helped me to walk through how my Grandma will be moving from the ceremony to the WGP. She'll come in the back door by the photo studio and then take the elevator to the reception in the WGP (I think that was what I was told)

Re: FOX HOLLOW BRIDES - Question & Answer Thread

Yes, there is an elevator. That was an essential part for us, since some of our immediate family members (and ME!!) need an elevator rather than stairs. From what the layout looks like, it won't be difficult to get from the entrance to the elevator to go upstairs. The elevator, however, does NOT go up to the bridal suite for the WGP. We asked, and they said no, it's just the stairs.

i dunno. i think i would and put a little star next to their name and add a footnote to the bottom of the page as to how old they are?
i guess i should be doing this too- we get married the day after you!

Hey Shorty or Deanna -

How did the food flow during the evening? Was it one thing immediately after another - or - was it more of, one course......dancing, another course....dancing....

The DJ was curious..

From Jen - I LOVE that girl!

Either put a star, or just indicate on the floor plan where the infants are seated, so when they count your floor plan, they do not charge you for the extra seats.

Re: FOX HOLLOW BRIDES - Question & Answer Thread

Where did you guys block rooms for OOT guests. Do you need to gaurantee a certain number of rooms will be booked because I don't think I'm going to have to many. I just want to make sure rooms will be available. I think Fox Hollow Inn will be a bit pricey.

we blocked at executive inn.. the price was 99 a night.. all our guests had a great stay with them and with the shuttle it made it extra convenient

Thank you.

Is there a minimum? If all my OOTers attend I can't see needing more than 7 rooms. I really don't have alot.
