Just booked the inn at FH for my wedding night!!!!!!!!!!! Feels so awesome! As I was typing in my email address while filling out the registration form online - my email address is my first and last [email protected] - and I thought, hey, my email address won't be my name when I check in!!!!!! I know it makes 100% sense but to see it written like that - and to know that on 10/25 I will not have the same name as I used on the registration form - it was so awesome!

i love it when things like that happen. you're living in the moment for tomorrow. it's so awesome. it's the little things like this that will make my wedding day all the more special.

HEY - does anybody know if the Fox Hollow could provide table number stands? If so, what they look like.

i bought these dumb frames at the 99 cents store the other day and while at the time they seemed really cute for a dollar, i don't like 'em as much anymore.

and if anyone can FM me Jen's email address from FH - that'd be great as well.

I think that we found out that they are gold picture frames. It's somewhere on a previous page (sorry that I don't know which one)

Yeah, as I get closer I may be doing the same thing I saw in your post that they are doing the menus for you. Do they put your name and wedding date at the top?

What Jenn did was send me the file for the menu & i altered it & sent it back to her. She will then print them for me - using the altered file.

If your cocktail hour is in the Restaurant - the placecards will be put on the piano!

FYI they do not do this for everyone, according to Jen, the menu is not normally customizable, i mad a sad face and told her the ones I saw were, and she said she'll put our names and date on ours.

well, you can also turn them 'inside out' and use the blank sides. at most weddings i've been to recently they just got left at the table or thrown out anyway.

every wedding i've gone to the place cards were either in the front of the cocktail room or in an area between the cocktail room and the reception room.

Not sure about the Garden Terrace but I know that Jen told us that our stuff would be in our cocktail hour room and then they move it into our reception room.

Thanks for the pics of the outside.. I saw somewhere.. but I think it was the westbury manor.. they put the placecard table and guest book at the entrance to the outside coctail hour... do they do this at the Fox Hollow too? I have never been in an event in the Garden Terrace room.. I have been in weddings in both the Briar Fox and WGP and I am freaking out.. I want to know what it is going to be like!!!! AHHHH!!!!!
