I think that you can trust your banquet manager to handle the music change. If you are getting married at fox hollow, I really feel like you don't need a DOC. The bm and bridal attendant are great!

I do have pictures of my outdoor ceremony. I promise to post them soon.

I just called in my final headcount!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had to leave a message for someone named Eric & he'll call me back I hope...

on Another note: I met with Jay from Cakes by Jay yesterday and HE IS AMAZING!!! I still have to talk to my parents about the cake (so annoying, long story) BUT I'm really hoping to get it. FH is trying to reason that you pay X amount for a DJ that you are not going to see afterwards and the services dissolve after the wedding so why not spend X on the cake you REALLY want.

Cross your fingers for me ladies!!!!

I had emailed Jenn on Tuesday to ask her about the headcount thing - she just got back to me with:

Do not count any kids 3 and under, there is no charge. When you call, seperate adults, children & vendors, and they will give you your balance.

Anyone know what color the picture frames are that they use for table numbers?

I am making my own photos but want to use their frames.

the frames are actually really nice looking!!
they look very elegant on the tables.. i was happy with them and im glad i didnt go out spending more money !!
