Hey Ladies,
I had to stop by Fox Hollow today to meet with PWP. I snapped many pictures if anyone needs some reminders of what specific rooms look like.
Feel free to take a look

Great pictures!! Very helpful! Do you know if we have to reserve the photo studio if we want to use it for pictures?

jane, thanks so much for the pics! m reception room is the wgp, and even though i have been there several times and have my own pics, seeing yours made me get soooo excited all over again! my reception is in the day time too, and i go back and forth about liking the way the room looks in daylight, but seeing it in your pic made me see how beautiful it is even in daylight!!!!! thanks!

Just a reminder for you girls - even though your room is comped at the hotel, you still need to reserve it. Inn at Fox Hollow is one of the nicest hotels in that area, so reserve ASAP so you get one of the bridal suites (not sure how different it is, since they are all suites)
We were told not to call and book b/c it was all taken care of for us....
now i'm not sure what to do.

Mine is all booked too. I called and they confirmed itfor me. I wasn't even given a number- they just said that they had a room in our name for that night reserved by the fox hollow and in a bridal suite. Maybe they have since changed their policy?

OH, maybe I was wrong, I called and booked it when I blocked off my rooms. Maybe I didn't need to. Sorry If I freaked anyone out!

ok now i'm confused! when we booked we asked about the hotel, and we weren't told about getting a room comped. he actually just told us we'd get a discount when we booked but that we'd have to talk to the Inn.
did you ladies get comped because you're having off-season weddings? ours is a Saturday night in June.....

Typically, Fox Hollow only comps rooms during the off season.

Are you required to do anything? Because no one ever contacted me either. It's in my contract that I get the room at the inn the.

If I remember correctly (old married lady brain prevails) I think it was only for January, February and March brides. However, it doesn't hurt to call and see if they'll comp you a room.
