That's awesome you get severance pay for so long....good luck in finding a new job! It will be nice for your to have off now before your big day in a few weeks...and then still have time off when you get home from the HM. Congrats!

Thanks! I'm looking forward to the time off but hopefully will find a job by aug!!

LOL you girls are too funny!!!! Thanks so much... we can't wait (6 days)! We really need this HM!!! I will probably be writing a review on it as we're there... my friend gave me this awesome HM journal so my review will probably be 100 pages long & very detailed!

I will really try to remember to ask the bloody mary if they are open nov 30th and closed the whole month of dec.

Hey girls....

I had emailed some girl that posted a review on Trip Advisor to ask her some questions and she gave me this info on a restaurant I have heard a lot about in Bora Bora - just wanted to share with you guys....here is what she says:

'When you are in Bora Bora you have to eat at Villa Mahuna. It is quite expensive (btwn $300 - $400 maybe more depending on how much you drink) but I promise it will be the meal of your life. I emailed the Chef to get a reservation about 1 month in advance, otherwise you won't get in. It has 6 tables, and they don't turn so you have the table for the night. Our dinner was 3 hours long, and just amazing. The chef is named Damien his email address is : [email protected] . Ask for the top table. He use to be a chef at a top restaurant in Los Angeles (L'Orangerie). '

Booking this honeymoon is really starting to become a PITA!

I'm trying to book interisland flights and am having some trouble. Has anyone else booked themselves?
To get a flight from Moorea to Bora Bora and then back to Papeete is $775!!! That seems like A LOT!
Is there somewhere else I can look? I've only checked with Air Tahiti.

it is SO much easier to do all this thru a TA...I highly recommend that.

I also recommend you take the ferry boat over to Moorea from Papeete...so much cheaper! I am not positive but I think it's only like $20 - you can buy your tickets there that day. It's only about a half hour boat ride I believe and is supposed to be really nice - great views!

As for going from Moorea to Bora Bora yes you should take a flight. I just know nothing about it though b/c my TA handled all this for us. You'll need transfers to - from the hotel to airport...if you use a TA they set all this up for you to.

I'll look up the into in my travel book tonight and post some info for you...

Too late, already bought the plane tickets and booked the hotels. I was getting a deal which is turning out to not be such a deal. Either way, I am solo on the interisland travel arrangements...
