All Nick Lachey wanted to do was move on from Jessica Simpson, and watch some football. But a published item reports that Jessica won't stop calling her ex-hubby to be. Reportedly the call that really irritated Nick was during the Colts-Steelers NFL playoff game.

Jessica told Nick she wanted out. Now she won't leave him alone. What's going on? On January 15 Nick was at his L.A. apartment watching football with friends when the phone rang- right in the middle of the play off game.

When an irritated Nick saw who it was- soon-to-be-ex-wife Jessica Simpson- he ignored the call. When Jessica called again, Nick answered but told her she was calling at a bad time. “She asked what he was doing,” says a Star source. “Nick told her: ‘It doesn’t matter what I’m doing! Just stop calling me!”’

Why the anger? “Jessica has been calling him at least once a day,” the source says. “She’s the one that wanted the divorce in the first place, and now that Nick’s finally getting on with his life, she won't leave him alone.”

Friends of Jess say that she won't stop talking about him. “All she talks about is what went wrong and how she could have done things differently,” reveals a source. “She’ll be like, ‘What do you think he’s doing right now?” She seems to be occupying her time with shopping and obsessing over her looks.

“She’s having a hard time adjusting to single life,” adds the source. “She went straight from her parents to Nick. She’s never had any independence.” Nick seems to have moved on. “Nick has suddenly realized he can be his own man, have his career and find a woman who wants to be with him,” says the Simpson insider.

“He’s not having nearly as hard a time as Jessica, and that tortures her as well.”

A source close to the actress says that she and husband of four years Chris, 28, learned the baby's sex in early December at one of Gwyneth's appointments with her OB-GYN at St. John's Hospital in Santa Monica, Calif.

Now, with the birth approaching, a source says that the actress, 33, is starting to spread the exciting news to her friends. 'She's got a clean bill of health and isn't nervous about the pregnancy. This time around things have been even easier for her than when she was expecting Apple,' says the source.

WHY THE CALM THIS TIME?
Gwyneth is not nervous about the birth and the source says that Gwyneth has her mom, Blythe Danner, 62, to thank. 'Blythe has been there every step of the way for Gwyneth,' says the source. And while the Paltrow-Martins used London as their home base after daughter Apple was born almost two years ago, this time they're planning to stay in California to be closer to Danner — and to the film industry. The source says that Gwyneth is hoping to build on the positive buzz she received for her role in Proof, and plans to get back in the acting game again soon! Gwyneth's rep says that she is not talking about the sex of the baby.

Well, one source says that for the last month, Nick, who broke up with Jessica Simpson two months ago, has been spending time with Elizabeth Ann Arnold, 26, who was Miss Kentucky USA in 2002. The 5'8' hazel-eyed beauty has moved on from pageants to acting — she appeared in last year's Taking Charge, which starred Amanda Brooks and Faye Dunaway — and now lives in L.A. And despite her title, she's a really native Californian; she moved to Kentucky when she was 11. What else do we know about her? Well, in an interview to her then-hometown newspaper, the Lexington (Ky.) Herald-Leader, in 2002, when she was preparing for the Miss USA pageant, she listed her favorite activities as: long drives with loud music; reading; being with family; hanging out with friends — and long, hot baths. Britney Spears is about to be outed: The pop star will appear on Will & Grace on April 13, playing a Christian conservative sidekick to Sean Hayes's flamboyant character, Jack, who hosts his own talk show on the sitcom's fictional network Out TV.

In the episode's storyline, Out TV is bought by a Christian TV network, paving the way for Spears to contribute a cooking segment called 'Cruci-fixin's,' NBC has announced.

Now in its eighth and final season, Will & Grace has boasted a long line of top-name guests over the years, including Madonna, Cher, Jennifer Lopez, Michael Douglas and Kevin Bacon, who played himself – that is, a stalking victim of Jack's.

Rumors have been going around about Sienna Miller and Hayden Christensen, and now comes a report that Sienna is so excited about the budding romance that she's flying her family to the US to meet him. The two have become increasingly close since they met on the set of upcoming film Factory Girl.

A source is quoted in Britain's Daily Star as saying: 'Sienna has had strong feelings for Hayden ever since they met on the set of the movie. But she tried to fight against them because it was too soon after her split from Jude. She finally stopped fighting her feelings for him and they have been inseparable ever since. Quoting an unnamed Metropolitan Police source, the Daily Mirror said Moss was asked about the video, whether she used or supplied drugs, or if she knew any suppliers. 'On legal advice, she exercised her option to deny certain things and refused to answer other questions. The investigation into other people continues. It may be we will interview her again.' On a positive note, Moss will appear on the cover of the March edition of British Vogue. It is the twenty-first time she has graced the cover.

Despite rumors that they had canceled their wedding, Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes are planning to tie the knot as soon as their baby is born, a family insider has confirmed.

'The rumors that they had scrapped their marriage plans aren't true,' said the source. 'They will wed — after the baby's born.

'They now know the exact date of the birth — but they've sworn everyone to secrecy. And they know the sex of the baby too. We all believe it's a boy but but they won't even let us in on the secret.'

Pregnant Katie and Tom were all smiles on January 15 when they attended a soccer match in Santa Monica, California. Things have gone from bad to worse for Charlie Sheen and Denise Richards, PEOPLE reports in its upcoming issue.

On Jan. 4, after talk of reconciling, they instead requested that their divorce proceed with a private arbitrator. Now the two are no longer on speaking terms. 'It's gotten very ugly,' someone close to Richards, tells PEOPLE. 'They aren’t talking to each other at all.'

Sources familiar with the couple say the relationship deteriorated rapidly and there is no hope of reconciliation. 'His only concern is for the kids,' says a friend of Sheen's.

As for the status of their split, Sheen and Richards are trying to figure out custody arrangements for their two daughters, Sam, almost 2, and Lola, 8 months. According to their initial court petitions, Richards is seeking sole custody but Sheen wants joint custody.

'This has been really hard on Denise,' says a Richards pal. 'But she's staying strong for her daughters' sake.'

Reps for Sheen and Richards said they do not comment on their clients’ personal lives. The actress filed for divorce last March, but in the months that followed the two were again seen together – with Richards sometimes wearing her wedding ring. The couple even took a Caribbean vacation together less than a month before the arbitrator took over their case.
