Britney Spears is living proof that some people should just not procreate and also that it just goes to show how a bad man can bring you down. You can take the girl out of Louisiana, but you can't take the Louisiana out of the girl.

I don't know what she was thinking. He wasn't doing anything for Shar Jackson, what made her think he was going to do anything for her?

And here's what I wanna know....why does no one call J. Lo a home wrecker? She basically broke up Marc Anthony's marriage with Dayanara Torres. She is one person that I can't stand that makes all Puerto Ricans look bad.

Lance and his wife announced their separation in 9/03 (and their plans to divorce). Lance met Sheryl in 10/03 and they began dating shortly thereafter.

I don't know. Still seems rather quick for someone to bounce back. A woman stands by her husband through thick and thin with everything he went through with his battle with cancer and then boom one month later, he is with another woman. Nothing seems funny? Yet, most people seem to find Brad and Angelina disgraceful? I'm just trying to figure out how people can be for one and not for the other, especially when no one has proven facts on either end.

I had issue with it ( and J Lo too) -I just have issues with cheaters-

I also figure in that in most cases the couple has been apart for longer then we know because they hide this from the public to protect their images -but some peopl have no class-IE Angelina who did the same thing with Billybob while Laura Dern was filming

LOS ANGELES -- Authorities were investigating an incident in which Britney Spears was photographed driving with her infant son on her lap, but didn't intend to pursue charges against the pop star, officials said.

Los Angeles County Sheriff's Sgt. Diane Hecht said Tuesday that deputies went to Spears' home to collect information for the county Department of Family and Children Services. A DCFS spokesman wouldn't offer specifics.

'We don't say who, what or if we're investigating,' department spokesman Stu Riskin said.

The sheriff's department won't pursue any charges, Deputy Luis Castro said.

'Unless a deputy saw the violation, there's nothing we can do,' he said. 'We don't even know if this took place in our jurisdiction.'

Several photos published Tuesday showed Spears driving with her son, Sean Preston, perched on her lap rather than strapped into a car seat in the back seat. Spears said she did it because of a 'horrifying, frightful encounter with the paparazzi.'

The photos show Spears holding the wheel of the car with one hand, and her 4-month-old baby in the other. A person is shown sitting in the passenger seat next to Spears.

'I was terrified that this time the physically aggressive paparazzi would put both me and my baby in danger,' Spears, 24, said in a statement released late Monday.

'I instinctively took measures to get my baby and me out of harm's way, but the paparazzi continued to stalk us,' she said. 'I love my child and would do anything to protect him.'

The agency that snapped the photos, X17, said the pictures were taken 'in a very peaceful context, in which photographers exhibited no aggressive behavior.'

'We believe that the pictures speak for themselves,' the agency said in a statement.

NEW YORK -- Lance Armstrong closed his weekly satellite radio show on a bittersweet note by playing ex-fiancee Sheryl Crow's song 'Letter To God.'

The seven-time Tour De France winner and the Grammy-winning rocker announced their breakup in a joint statement last week after 'much thought and consideration,' despite their 'deep love and respect.'

Armstrong acknowledged the split in his Sunday night talk show, 'Armstrong Radio,' on the Sirius Satellite Radio channel 'Faction,' saying he was 'torn it didn't work out.'

'Obviously, this week was a rough week for us, but that doesn't change the fact that Sheryl is an unbelievable lady, one of the smartest, wisest, most gifted people I've ever met and a person that I can honestly say has shown me a love that I never knew,' he said.

'It's only fair that I say that, and it's only fair that we play one of her songs tonight and not run from the situation.'

Crow, 43, has called Armstrong, 34, the inspiration for her last album, 'Wildflower,' which was released in September.

They announced their engagement in September. It would have been her first marriage and his second. He has three children from a previous marriage.

Following the breakup announcement, Armstrong reportedly canceled his scheduled appearance as a presenter at the 48th annual Grammy Awards on Wednesday. A call to the Recording Academy by The Associated Press was not immediately returned Tuesday.

Crow is up for three Grammys: best pop vocal album ('Wildflower'), best female pop vocal performance for 'Good Is Good' and best country collaboration with vocals for 'Building Bridges.'
