OK, so I saw some footage of her outside an 'Urgent Care Clinic' in LA yesterday on E! She was sneaking out of it and was covered by her bodyguards. 'Sources' say she was being treated for 'stomach pain'...which made me instantly think one thing: abortion. Am I horrible for jumping to this conclusion or is anyone else in agreement?

It's no secret Janet Jackson has been carrying around a few extra pounds in recent months, but does she now have a really strong incentive -- besides being a constant tabloid target -- to regain her once washboard-ab-sporting bod?

The New York Post reports the chart-topper-turned-boobie-baring-punchline has been given an ultimatum by record label Virgin: Shape up by September or your new album won't ship out.

'Janet had a really bad year,' an insider tells the paper. 'After the incident at the Super Bowl [two years ago], it just went downhill. Her album 'Damita Jo' was a flop. Then her brother Michael had the child-molestation trial -- it just wasn't good to her.'

The paper claims she 'found solace in food,' although last week boyfriend Jermaine Dupri insisted to the New York Times that she actually beefed up for a role in an indie film that fizzled.

'This new album is supposed to be pretty good, but Virgin feels it can't market it without Janet being back in fighting form, so they have hired her a personal trainer and put her on a diet,' continues the source. 'She has to lose at least 20 pounds.'

But a Jackson friend insists her bulge battle is no cause for concern, telling the paper, 'Janet always gains weight when she's not working -- and always loses it in time to promote her albums. Janet always takes care of it when it matters.'

Meanwhile, on the other end of the weight debate, it seems like super-scrawny starlets spend as much time defending their fat-free frames as they do showing them off. The latest slimmed-down celebrity to brush off eating-disorder whispers in Hilary Duff, who insists to Cosmopolitan that she dropped her pounds the old-fashioned way, by eschewing pasta, rice and bread and doing plenty of Pilates sessions and laps in the pool.

'Look at me. You can see that I'm healthy,' the toothy teen tells the mag. 'I did lose weight but I don't know how much, because I never got on the scale before. When you get older, you lose your baby fat.'

When asked if she feels 'pressure to be thin,' Hilary admits the constant scrutiny can be tough. 'There was a story [in Star in 2004] called 'Hilary Duff Puffs Up.' What the hell? That is just so mean,' she rails. 'You see that and you're like, 'Oh my God. Am I fat? Am I ugly?''

Also scaling back is Beyoncé, who credits a change in eating habits for the fabulously svelte shape she showed off at the Grammys. She tells MTV that she dropped about 15 pounds with a diet of protein shakes and fish to take on her starring role in 'Dreamgirls.'

'I love to eat,' she admits, but says she decided to make herself over for the movie. 'Between the black wigs and the '60s makeup and me losing the weight, when I'm dressed up, I don't look like myself at all,' explains Beyoncé. 'That was the point.'

Elvis' little girl — Lisa Marie Presley, 38, — married her fourth husband, musician and producer Michael Lockwood, in a secret ceremony in Kyoto, Japan on January 22, her publicist confirms to Star.

And in a bizarre twist, 44 year-old Lockwood's best man at the traditional Japanese wedding was Lisa Marie's first husband, Danny Keough, father of her daughter Riley, 16, and son Benjamin, 13.

Riley was her mom's maid of honor and Benamin was a groomsman, while Lisa Marie's mother, Prisicilla Presley, walked the bride down the aisle and gave her away.

Lisa Marie — who has been with Lockwood for two years — also had short-lived marriages to Michael Jackson and Nicolas Cage.

Nicole Kidman and fellow Aussie, country crooner Keith Urban, have been quietly engaged for months now, but the two are set to partake in a big, splashy wedding this month, befitting two superstars of their status.

Monday morning, PerezHilton.com reader Stacey caught the Mornings with Kerri-Anne show in her hometown of Nashville, where to her surprise (and ours) they announced that not one but two people close to Keith and Nicole have let it slip that they will be marrying in Nashville, Urban's hometown, in two weeks.

Congrats to the husband and wife to-be!
