Has Nick Lachey traded up from a Duke (as in Daisy Duke) to a beauty queen? Well, one source says that for the last month, Nick, who broke up with Jessica Simpson two months ago, has been spending time with Elizabeth Ann Arnold, 26, who was Miss Kentucky USA in 2002. The 5'8' hazel-eyed beauty has moved on from pageants to acting — she appeared in last year's Taking Charge, which starred Amanda Brooks and Faye Dunaway — and now lives in L.A. And despite her title, she's a really native Californian; she moved to Kentucky when she was 11. What else do we know about her? Well, in an interview to her then-hometown newspaper, the Lexington (Ky.) Herald-Leader, in 2002, when she was preparing for the Miss USA pageant, she listed her favorite activities as: long drives with loud music; reading; being with family; hanging out with friends — and long, hot baths. And her guilty pleasure? McDonald's french fries. So unless Hollywood has changed her, Nick should plan on getting the car out, cranking up the music (definitely not 'These Boots Are Made For Walking') — and making a beeline for the drive-thru window. There's always time for a bath later.

Former Full House actress Jodie Sweetin has made startling admission: she once had a daily methamphetamine habit.

The problems began when Full House ended its run in 1995, the actress told Good Morning America on Wednesday. 'There is a certain sense of loss when a series ends. It is kind of hard to figure out who you are when you've lost your job at age 13, when that was basically how you identified yourself,' says Sweetin, 24, who played Stephanie Tanner on the series.

Seeking a 'normal' life, Sweetin attended high school and college, and was married by age 20 – to a Los Angeles policeman. But two years ago, feeling bored and being unemployed, she says she began experimenting with drugs and got hooked on meth.

After a three-day 'lost' weekend, reportedly followed by an intervention staged by her former Full House costars Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen, John Stamos and Bob Saget, Sweetin checked herself in to the Promises rehab facility for six weeks of intense treatment.

Sweetin now owns up to 'living a total double life,' she tells GMA. 'I was married to a police officer – we are going through a divorce right now – he had no idea.'

As for the future? 'I want to make movies, TV series, wherever the career takes me,' she says. 'I really hope this isn't the last people hear of me. In fact, I would like to make this a footnote in my career, not the end.'

Jessica Simpson and Nick Lachey are both rumored to be dating other people (Jess with Adam Levine and Nick with forner Miss Kentucky Elizabeth Ann Arnold) but a report that will be in this week's print edition of Life & Style Weekly is set to report that the couple are also still seeing each other.


Secret late night meetings?

The magazine will divulge in this week's issue that the soon-to-be-ex couple (or are they?) are having a miserable time coming to grips with their impending divorce and have been secretly meeting for moonlit walks near Jess’ new LA home.

Citing multiple insiders the tabloid will report:

“It’s just hard for them to let go,” says a Lachey friend. “I think for both of them it’s a case of realizing they had something together, and they blew it. There’s a lot of regret on Nick’s part. He still loves Jess.” And it appears Jess still loves him, too. “She still doesn’t know if she’s doing the right thing by divorcing Nick,” says a pal of Jessica’s. “She’s been saying how much they miss each other.”

Might Nick and Jess get back together?

His stepping out with other women — a witness saw Nick leave LA club LAX at 2:30 a.m. on Jan. 28 with a slender blonde — can’t help matters.

But Nick’s pal still seems optimistic: “A reconciliation isn’t out of the question!”

Moore's past boyfriends have included tennis ace Andy Roddick and actor Wilmer Valderrama.

Beyonce even started shopping for her wedding dress before the plan changed. They discussed getting hitched in the summer of 2005 and when Jay-Z brought up the idea of a summer 2006 wedding Beyonce changed the topic.

Problem is, Beyonce doesn't feel ready for the leap especially after caring for her sister's 14-month old nephew Daniel.

Beyonce said:


'I don't know how my sister [Solange] does it.'

An insider tells In Touch:


'Beyonce's getting cold feet.

'She was ready to marry Jay-Z last year but now thinksshe wants to wait a while.'

Another source says:

'Honestly, their relationship is like watching paint dry! They're not in a rush to do anything. And, Beyonce is too young and busy with her career to be thinking about getting married right now.'


This hasn't stopped them from purchasing a hooked up Miami Manison together.
