That is taken care of with your Banquet Manager a week or two before the actual date.

The PWP is completely seperate and they will give you a guideline to the entire wedding planning process, suggest vendors, and they are also a vendor that provides invitations, favors, and other things.

Honestly, I don't see the point of going there - I have LIW for all that research!

I went about a year ago, and honestly, didn't find them useful. I wasn't ready to buy invitations or favors, and I wasn't interested in the FH vendors. The person I met with (don't remember her name at the moment) went over stages of teh planning process with us, but it's all stuff I've gathered on here.

Today I was doing my phone calls verifying everything. i called the foxhollow inn to find out if we had a room booked there. The man who was handling our wedding said he took care of it and that we had a room. well when i called they said they didnt have a room for us... UGHHHH!!!!.;..thank god I called... so i called the man dealing with our wedding and he said he will handle it. I will be there tonite for my final meeting and I am sure i will ask for a booking #. I was furious. So make sure you call before

Yup! But, I think the Inn at Fox Hollow cards also had directions on them, so I'm not too worried.

Just an FYI: Frank Marino is no longer with the Fox Hollow. He was my BM and my contact person for all of my ridiculous questions, so I will have to find a new BM to ask.
