Re: The New FoxHollow Thread

I'm back! I have good news AND bad news........
The bad news first - I couldn't take any pics, the floors were being cleaned.
AND James (of PWP fame) got sick, and LEFT EARLY.....and no one called me to cancel the appt. In fact, I called 1 hr before my appt to see if we could come early, and they said 'SURE! James isn't in the office - he probably went to dinner...but he'll be back by 6, for sure!'He wasn't. And I didn't get a phone call. Whatever......
What was the GOOD news?

Re: The New FoxHollow Thread
I forgot to write the good news!
First of all, the new carpet looks beautiful.
and
WGP LADIES - THIS IS FOR YOU!!!!
The chairs are AWFUL. Keith, the director of operations, was in the lobby and I had a pleasant coversation with him. He said that repainting them just isn't cutting it anymore.
He told me that THEY ARE NOW INCLUDING IVORY CHAIR COVERS with the WGP, until the NEW CHAIRS arrive!!!!!
According to Keith, the interior designer has very specific taste. She has been ordering most of the materials from Europe, and its taking them a while to get here. He said he's not sure when they're due in, but new chairs are DEFINITELY on the way!
That made my day!!!!

Joe & I are going back in May to take more pictures to get a better idea of what it will look like with flowers in full bloom. One of these days you and I should do a field trip together and just take nonstop pics

The steps, the hallways, etc.

Re: The New FoxHollow Thread
I like the new carpet - Its really pretty.Instead of black/brown/tan, its now burgundy, dark green, black, etc. Still dark colors...it looks 'richer' now. (if that makes sense)

I know - it was such an inconvenience. Wednesday is my only 'free' night - I work til 8:30 every other night. It was totally wasted.

Re: The New FoxHollow Thread
I would definitely be aggravated. It only takes a second to make a phone call, especially that you called and asked if you could come early. I hope you dont live too far away, that would make me even more pissed. Was this a meeting that needs to be dont right away or can it be rescheduled later?

oh, it can definitely be rescheduled...but I'm not going to. Once I get bad customer service, they lose my business. (It wasn't with Fox Hollow - it was with Perfect Wedding Planner - they're in the same building)
I live about 40 minutes away....FH rushed there straight from work to meet me....he could've stayed at work and finished what he needed to do

Re: The New FoxHollow Thread
I honestly don't think its necessary. I met James at the expo on 2/25 - I liked him, so we set up an appt.

Re: The New FoxHollow Thread
Thats even worse, i have never even met with PWP, i called them to book the tasting thing, but that has been my only contact with them. I figured i will meet with them to see what they have to offer, but I am hoping to have most of my stuff done by then anyway.By the way, i meant to tell you, your teeth look amazing!
