we had the viennese hour so i didn't really eat my cake or hear much feedback. the top is in the freezer though.

here is a picture. it was NOT what i asked for and i HATED the way it came out. but i'm over it now.

****I updated b/c I had to change my date! It was 11/30, now it's 11/23. We want the night after Thanksgiving, but we thought Thanksgiving was 11/29! It's not - It's actually 11/22. So we switched!

Morning ladies!

FH and I went to finalize our menu last night!! Jennifer was so amazing! We're getting an ice sculpture with our new last initial and we picked the belgian waffle sundae for our dessert! Afterwards, Jennifer took us around again. The place looks BEAUTIFUL all decorated for Christmas, and they're not finished decorating yet! I am so excited because they're leaving the decorations up for us.

Afterwards, we went to eat in the restaurant. OH MY! The food was amazing... not one complaint. The wine was yummy. Appetizers were delish, and the main courses were amazing. FH had the surf and turf and I had chicken with mozzarella and tomatoes. The dessert was moist (triple chocolate bomb?) and tasted like heaven!

OK, I am so happy with this place!!!

sorry i didnt post this on this thread before i went to my menu meeting as well last wednesday, i picked the belgium waffle sundae as well. they let me switch the orange roughy to the duck which i wanted. I also got the chocolate foutain.
i requested my matre de and bridal attendant.
sam and jennifer. they did my friends wedding and they did a fantastic job!!!!
the whole experience was wonderful i cant wait to get married!!!!!

Went to Fox Hollow tonight to re-sign my contract with the updated date on it - I took a bunch of pics of the decorations!

I can't wait til it's MY TURN!!!

Yeah, Aurthur is the one I booked with. He started as a busboy and worked his way up- he's worked in almost every area of the FH and seems to work almost 7 days (I think he actually does). He's such a smooth operator but knows his stuff! He recognized Fh and I at a dry wedding we went to there and offered for us to hang out in his office with drinks and to go over our menu! He's the best! (never did take him up on the offer

Thanks for posting these pics, Nic! When I was there on Monday, they had just started doing the decorations. That's how it will look when I have my reception there... I can't wait!
