You would have to use an outside vendor for chair covers - Fox Hollow does not provide them.
As far as other colors, there are many options for linens that Fox Hollow does provide.

The wedding was yesterday and while cocktail hour was very good I wasn't thrilled with dinner. I don't know why they even bothered asking how we'd like the steak cooked-they obviously didn't care when they served us. They just handed them out and didn't ask or check. My Filet Mignon was at little crispy on the outside and got pretty raw on the inside- and I wanted medium. My piece was smaller than the rest and had a large fatty section. I should have sent it back but we were squished 14 to a table and I couldn't really move and the waiter wasn't around. Then the table behind ours broke and was tilting to one side. I don't know if this was because it was about 250-300 in the room and with no drinking or dancing everyone stayed seated and it made service difficult but I wasn't very happy.
I will mention this to my BM but I don't know what he can do about it. All I can hope for is that this won't happen at my wedding!! I don't want to upset anyone but I want to be honest. I'm not a very fussy person either but I was dissapointed. At this point I'm not changing my plans regardless!!![]()
The rest of the food seemed to be good tho! Maybe the filet mignon wasn't good that day...![]()
I've been worried ever since they posted about the chef but now this makes me even more worried! First my BM 'leaves, now this whole thing with the chef..just leave my tummy all nervous..i love FH...i hope they get this all worked out soon..

I do question the source of the chef info tho...the person only posted 10 times and they have a Jericho Terrace wedding location....I want verification on that info...could be a person trying to stir up trouble.
I also wonder if morning weddings don't get the best food...which shouldn't be the case but who knows...I can't worry about it. The whole wedding industry is a rip off if you ask me! Anyone who I talk to who's already married or didn't do the traditional thing agrees.

yeah i definitely want to know more about the whole chef leaving..i don't want to worry about how the food is going to be but i'm paying so much and i expect decent, at the very least. but yeah i agree, the wedding industry is a big fat rip!
