My old jeans FIT!

Yesterday I pulled out some of my old one size smaller Jeans and tried them. They FIT!!! I am so happy. Hopefully my weigh in tonight will show the corresponding numbers!

the weight in this week went really well, for some reason I lost 5.4 lbs. It looks like I loose in spurts 5 or so lbs than 1 or .8 for a few weeks then a big loss again. I dont care as long as I stick with it. I am down a total of 16 lbs in 9 weeks.

EXCELLENT! Keep up the good work! I think I am also kinda like you - lose big in spurts... hey - as long as we aren't gaining... it's a go in my book!
