Weird Topic-Back Fat

I didn't really think I had any, but when I tried on my dress for the first time with my new bustier (I had it measured and fitted to my body at Blum's), I looks like my skin is poofed out over the back of my strapless dress - right behind my arms- I was SO GROSSED OUT! Did this happen to anyone?

My FSIL said it was the way I was positioned, and it didn't look like that to her, but I don't believe it!

ARGHHH! Now I'm second guessing my dress! How depressing!

I was told to get rid of the dreaded back flab try doing push-ups 3 sets of 15 reps. Every other day.

With the right undergarments your fat is NOT supposed to be pushed up. I purchased my undergarments FROM the place I bought my dress and this did not happen... is there another undergarment you can try?
