A weird situation with BM gifts

Okay, so I have 6 BMs and I decided to get them all monogrammed spa wraps. But they sell out of the XL size before I can get one my one of my BMs, who's a size 18. So I spend a lot of time searching and I find one that's put out by the company store. I order it, but then I realize that the size is an XL, which covers 14/16. But it's a spa wrap, shouldn't it fit? Also, the color is a bit brighter/harsher blue than the others and she might not like it. Should I just get her a monogrammed robe instead? But I don't want to make her feel singled out (oh, I couldn't find your size so I had to get you this giant robe). All the other wraps are identical except for the monograms.
