Guest Book Picture

Did anyone use an enlarged pic for their guest to sign in on? My FI's cousin did this and had it framed, it looked very cool and different. If not any other ideas besides a traditional guest book?

Re: Guest Book Picture

alot of people are using wishing bowl..clear bowls with a bunch of small note paper on the side to write a wish on and throw it in..

we were actually gonna do this as well..until last month my girlfriend did this and told me to stick to the traditional because noone hardly filled them out at all..

I like the idea of the large photo to sign!

good luck!

Re: Guest Book Picture

I'm definitely doing this rather than a guestbook, I feel like those books are so pointless, I love the way the photo framed with signatures look, it's something that you can look at, hang up and other people can appreciate through the years.

Re: Guest Book Picture

We are doing the picture too!

ETA: If you are lazy, they have a good one at Pottery Barn (we registered for it). But I'm sure it's cheaper to go to Michael's or something to get a frame & mat.

Re: Guest Book Picture

LittleCat did the pic sign-in and it was on display at Duet when I went. It was so nice. I think we're going to do that.

Re: Guest Book Picture

I saw in a mga that some people are having a polaroid camera with someone going around taking pics of everyone. The people then sign the bottom of their pic, and they get put into an album. I kind of like this one. Only problem is getting someone to go around and do it.
