UGHH!! I HATE my job!! (Sorry so long)

I am so ready to start looking for another job. I have only been here 3 months.

In the last month 3 people have left: The only HR person, the CEO's Admin and the only IT person. Now if these important people leave then that has to say something.... Oh, I forgot to mention that the week I started they laid off 2 people.

- I have no privacy. My desk is out in the open
- I lost 2 weeks of vacation and took a pay cut.

The straw that broke the camel's back was that Mon morning I come to the office and there's no freakin' heat! I was like WTF.

I can kick myself for taking this job. I was laid off in June and when this company made me an offer, I turned it down. They called me again and made me another offer. I said to myself that they must really want me, it must be a sign....

But God works in mysterious ways...I just got a call from the Career Services Director from my undergrad and he wondering if I was still looking for a job. He told me that he telling someone about me and gave me her number.

Sorry so long...had to vent

ETS: Removed bi-polar comment...I was just trying to say she is crazy and difficult to deal with...didn't mean to offend anyone.

I am sorry you are so miserable and I hope you find something better soon. It's hard to be in the position when you need a job and the best one available is not the best one for you. (I have been there.)

I am sorry...I didnt mean to offend anyone. I meant to say that it's like she is. I don't actually know if she is bi-polar...if she knew that she was, I would never have make such a comment.

Soryy about your miserable experience! I think most of us have been in a place like that al least once in their lives! Hopefully this new lead will get you somewhere!

no bi-polar (aka Manic depression) is when a person has extreme mood swings...a manic (extremely happy or extreme risk taking) could last for a few days and then the person falls into a deep depression (suicidal tendencies are not rare)
