Awww I dont wanna go back to work tomorrow....

This 4 days weekend has gone to fast. I don't want to go to work tomorrow. I know we only have 3 more days of work until we have another 4 day work week....but it still stinks.

I know....you teachers get two weeks off....So please do not rub it in here....

This is just for us 'Corporate Workers' who arent as lucky as you guys to have christmas break, and winter break, and spring break, and the summer off.....Argh....Im not bitter

i didn't even get a 4 day weekend!!!!! had to work the 24th and the 26th i'm also working New Year's Eve and that friday!! corporate america sucks - which is why i am getting out of it!!!

I wish I had a vacation day left !

I took off the whole week because my idiot job would not closre for the 24th or the 26th...so going back tomorrow is going to be a reality check I hate that job, I think I need a new tyear, new job! AND THE YEAR FOR ME....WEDDING IN OCTOBER!@! YIPPEEEEEEEEEE

Right after the new year I have to put looking for a job as my first priority. I hate my current job, and I am dreading going in tomorrow...even though we have such a short week

We got a half day on the 24th but off on Xmas and the day after.

Same goes for next week. So Im going back for another 2 and a half day week.

Two weeks like this a row sorta sucks. Cause then there's a full week of work to follow and I always feel three weeks behind.

Good thing is.. im sick. So I NEED these days off. I spent Xmas in bed sick and barely moving. Today I went outside for a few hours and feel totally exhausted. I can't wait for this next long weekend. I need rest.

and as for you 'corpoate workers', i dont' want to hear you complaining about us getting all of those breaks.....we all have choices in life,a nd we all know teachers get lots of vacations! and i'd like to see you deal with 100 7th graders on a daily basis!!!!

we need these vacations!!!! those kids can be animals!!!

The only difference between my animals and yours is you can at least hope to make them understand something and teach them something new.

My animals think they already KNOW everything, they make 8 times more than I do and don't want to learn anything from me, but would rather assume they know more than me.

never underestimate the obnoxiousness of a 7th grader! or their parents!!! talk about knowing everything!!!!! or at least thinking they do!!!!

oh, and the other teachers....and administrators and the school board.....i could go on and on and on.......

I have to agree here. We all work with animals...You still have a chance to mold their minds though....We do not....Our animals, I mean co workers are set in their ways and determined to do everything to stress me out more than I already am.

And lets not forget we can't 'tell' on our animals. I know telling parents may not help, but at least you can affect them with some sort of conduct report.

In Corporate America we have to smile and say thank you while eating the Sh!t they call business in the spoonfuls. The only vent we get is here and maybe at work. Forget venting about coworkers. That makes you a 'non team player' and you can forget your rasies.

Better yet, at least you get to cycle the brats each year. I get the same idiots year after year after year with no summer break!!!

I am so low on the totem pole in this thread as far as who has to deal with the suckiest stuff that I'm the part that gets pounded into the ground that no one ever sees.

My clients are oftentimes as educated as 7th graders and as childish.

Some of them are the worst kind of scum I've ever seen (not all...some are wonderful, but it's rare).

Many of the attorneys I go up against look down on my job and treat me like crap for it.

Most of my clients tell ME what the law is, even though they are so far from the truth it makes fiction look real.

I make a lower salary than most teachers I know and have a mortgage to pay off, also known as law school loans.

And none of my clients pay, so many of them feel that they are entitled to my services, don't make appointments and show up whenever they want, and lie to my face like it's nothing.

I cannot wait to be my own boss and at least get paid something for having clients that treat me like crap on a stick.

Whoa...guess I had some stuff to get off my chest!
