I think it would be cheaper to do on your own but if doing at a venue I think they might not allow it. Where do you plan on doing it? Btw, I love it!

Re: DOES ANYONE HAVE PICS OF...!!!update - I FOUND THESE PICS!!!

Measure from the middle of the room to the corners of the room. Do the measuring on the floor since they will be the same as the ceiling measurements. Then measure from the middle of the room straight out to the middle of each wall. Then decide how low you want the tulle to drape. So say you want it to drape down 1 foot. Add that 1 foot to whatever your measurements are. For example if the measurement from the middle of the room to the corner is 16 feet, then add the 1 foot for the drape and you'll need 17 feet of light string and tulle. I would do 2 feet draping down or more depending on the size of the room. Add more tulle if there is nothing in the middle of the room to attach the end of the tulle to, so you can drape the end down a bit after attaching it. Also if you want the tulle to hang down along the walls, measure the walls and add that to the amount of tulle you need to get. As for width, that you can decide on. Enough to gather each piece to look nice.
I hope that all made sense. Then purchase the lights. Remember you don't need a serioulsly long string, they all should plug into each other at the ends.
Then gather the tulle around the lights.

I have no idea of the best way to attach it to the middle of the room. Staple gun?? If there's a fixture in the middle of the room can you attach it to that? Then let it drape the 1 or 2 feet you want it to drape and again attach to the wall at the ceiling (again how?? up to you...staple gun may be good just don't staple the light wire!! or even a bunch of tacks might do it, just make sure it's enough to hold the tulle and the wire in the tulle to the corner). Then let the rest of it drape down.

I hope that helps. I'm just doing this off the top of my head.

If you know where some of hte pictures you have were taken, call up the place and ask them how they did it.

Good luck - that looks so pretty.

We had those in our room at the Crest Hollow - I think they normally charge $500 for them but they threw them in for us.
