Honeymoon quote needed

Honeymoon quote needed

We officially decided that we are joining every other newleywed and going to Hawaii.

We want to stay at the Halekulani in Oahu, the Four Seasons Waliea in Maui, and the Mauna Lani Bay Hotel and Bungalows.

We would like to leave on September 20th, 2004 (or we would be willing to take a evening flight on the 19th) and return on October 3rd.

I do not know enough about Hawaii to determine how many days we should stay on each island.

I would also appreciate a quote for first class and coach. If available, we also like the club level, ocean views, and breakfast included. And of course, we want a good deal for the money we are going to spend.
