I forgot to wear my ring today!!

Has this happened to any of you??? I was on the way to work when i realized - too far away to rive back home!! I was sad all day!! Put it on the second i got home!

I have done it twice were I have gotten half way to work and realized it is not there. I actually turned back around to get it.. I feel naked without it now.. (I told the boss there was traffic, that is why I was late..haha)

I haven't done it yet but I'm sure I would have been SAD all day too

I havent done it yet, however every morning as I walk to the train station I get nervous that I forgot it and take off my glove to double check!

I think i did it twice the first month or so- then decided to never take it off- except to clean it!

I've done it...that initial panic when you realize it's not there, because first thing you think is, 'I LOST IT!'...then you remember you're a bonehead!

I intentionally leave mine at home sometimes. I do ultrasound, and occasionally I get the gel on the ring and it is very difficult to get clean. I always feel funny, but it makes it easier for me in the long run.

I have done this at times and definatley feels like a big part of me is gone in a sad sense.

I am perpetually forgettful when it comes to jewlery (forgetting my earrings , watch) ... my FH jokes about it all the time, and when we got engaged he said 'OK , let's see how many times you forget to wear the ring!'

So far, I haven't... but a few times I got in the car and realized it wasn't on, and ran back upstairs! I just love it so much and would really be down in the dumps all day if I DID forget!

That said .. I'm sure they'll come a day I forget it ... [sigh]

ohmigod Im so weird.. I never take off my ring except to clean it... I have slept with it on my finger every night for almost a year!!

I would be asd too if I forgot it. I was going to take it off when I showered and stuff. I thought it would get stuck in my hair. Then I got a guard for it, it will not come off easily now...so no more reason to take it off. I realized it would not tangle in my hair. I got so used to it w/ in a few days when I took it off it felt so strange!

I forgot to wear my ring to work one day and it felt so strang not to have it on. It's funny what a difference it makes.

I haven't done that yet... but I am sure it happens to a lot of people...especially if you are rushing to work in the morning

I've forgotten a couple of times. I take if off when I shower. My FI realized I wasn't wearing it and got mad (kinda). I really didn't mean to forget. I pretty good about remembering most of the time.

As crazy as it sounds I can't wear my ring to work. I work with food all day and we are not allowed to wear any jewerly including watches, wedding bands, no nail polish either. Besides I really don't want pasta sauce or salad dressings in it. So the only time I actually get to wear it is on my days off. I guess that is good since it will look new for a long time.

I take it off when I put lotion on and sometimes forget it. I feel bad, I plan to wear my wedding band all the time.
