The latest possible date would probably be April 25th. You usually have to give the hall a count 2 weeks prior, and you always have late people. I usually suggest to my brides 4 weeks prior, I have had brides make it 6-8 weeks! But I would not have it any later than April 25th.

I agree that you really don't want to go past 1-month before- for the same reasons as stated above- your caterer and your late rsvp'ers.

It's unfortunately sad but true, there will be people you will have to hunt down for an RSVP.

I say it's better to give yourself a month to get responses, than to stress out a couple of weeks before hand trying to track people down.

I agree that you should give yourself a month. Just doing the seating arrangements is a problem if you do not have all your responses back.
