anyone worried they won't lose the weight by the wedding?

I am!! I was on WW, doing really well, then went off 'for the holidays'. I'm going back to my meeting tomorrow.

Now I am really nervous. I have 9 months to lose 50 pounds! How the heck is this going to happen? Is it even possible?

Re: anyone worried they won't lose the weight by the wedding?

Deep breaths....deep breaths....

Okay calm down first of all lol. Second of all, don't put this kind of pressure on yourself...

To be honest, I don't know if that's possible. If you lose 1.5 lbs a week (ON AVERAGE), you can do it, but all depends on your body and how you personally lose weight. If you lose weight easily, it's totally doable, but if you don't, that's a different story. However if you stick to weight watchers, really really stick to it, you will lose weight. I don't know if it's 50 lbs, but you definitely will lose.

Just try and stay positive, don't give up, and use us as support. We understand cause we're going through the same thing. I myself have 50 lbs to lose...so just hang in there, and keep up the good work :O)

Definatly dont put that kind of pressure on yourself.

Stick to the points, journal, journal, journal and drinks lots of water.

Get some exercise in.

Don't worry. You just gotta stay focussed and relaxed.

Remember WW is not a diet but a way of forming better eating habbits and a healthy way of losing weight.

Re: anyone worried they won't lose the weight by the wedding?

I have six and a half months to lose the weight and inces. I lost 40lbs ablut a year and a half ago and I can't seem to get rid of the last 15. It gets soooooo frustrating. I know I need to exercise, but this time of year I get so lazy.

We can do it, we have to think positively and make small goals rather than oue ultimate goal. Good Luck
