Home/Estate for Rent?

This is a shot in the dark but I'm at a dead end so ... does anyone know how I could find out if there is a home or estate I could rent out to have my reception on?
I want to have it preferably overlooking the water on the lawn. I didn’t think this would be so hard to find but I about to go driving around and knocking on peoples doors.
Thanks for any suggestions!!!

Re: Home/Estate for Rent?

I would contact a real estate broker (maybe out East?) and see if you can get a week rental or something. Sounds like a GREAT idea!

Re: Home/Estate for Rent?

I have been calling around myself for houses out east to rent - I did see some on www.vrbo.com but the basic deal seems to be that you rent the house for the week and prices vary depending on time of year etc...

Try that site - depending on your budget you maybe okay, though I haven't seen one on the water yet - mainly they all have pools (that's water!)
