Seriously though I wonder. I work in a very professional environment. Most of the women are very professional and 'proper'. Then you go to the bathroom

The things that I just DONT get:

1. Ok ladies I understand the hover move, really I do, but can’t you TRY to aim correctly. If you miss can’t you wipe the seat? (And we think men are bad?) I hate putting down my toilet sheet and see drops of fresh wetness seep through. Then I have to toss that one and wipe the toilet, flush and reset my sheet. (NO our toilets don’t splash back)

2. So you grab for the TP and a tiny bit falls off (you know those tiny pieces). Why do they let it fall to the ground? The floor is littered with little scraps of paper.

3. Speaking of scraps of paper, tampons and napkins.. look there’s a trash thingy right there, USE it. If you drop the string .. pick it up. (same for those tiny pieces of TP)

4. We have an area for sitting and primping. We also have a mirrored wall for the sinks. Please don’t spray your hairspray while I’m tinkling at the sinks. It’s annoying.

5. Speaking of spray, why do some women thing it’s ok to spray perfume or god knows what while their on the can? To what cover up a smell? Trust me it’s NOT helping!!!

6. Ok so now onto the sinks themselves. Ladies, running water over your finger tips is NOT washing, why pretend?

7. So you actually do wash your hands (must be a guilty conscience) why must you slash everywhere and just ignore when you’re done. I just LOVE it when the woman in question says “Damn.. I got my shirt wet” but does nothing to pick up the water.

8. Same rule applies with brushing your teeth. My god you’re spitting at the sink can you at least make sure it all makes it in?

9. Here’s a REAL simple one.. F L U S H the damned toilet. Come on people, think about it, you avoid the toilet that isn’t flushed, what makes you think I’ll use it?

10. Turn off the water at the sinks. I hate when people walk off and leave the water running. I always end up having to turn off a least one sink. One lady (yes foreign) thought they turned themselves off and would just walk away after wetting her fingers.

Just thought I’d share a few…. Anyone else have any?

11. We know when you are taking a poop, so don't try and hide it, or yourself by lifting your feet so they can't be seen under the stall. And you think you are being quiet, but the acoustics in a bathroom make it so that every breath is like through a microphone. Rule is...if a woman is on the bowl more than 3 minutes, she's either taking a poop or she has her monthly!

I posted this story once before, but it's very appropriate here.

My hubby and I used to work together, and one day, he returned to his desk pale as a ghost. Later on over lunch, he told us what happened. Seems he went into the bathroom and an old man that we work with was doing his business in a stall, DH (friend at the time) was in the stall next to him, and hears very odd grunts and noises coming from the stall. DH finishes up, goes to wash his hands, all while the noises continued, after a moment or two of "urrhg uuugh uuurrgh"..he hears a very loud plop and a "TAKE THAT!". The man just let the bowl have it.

I still can't get through that story without crying from laughter.

But seriously, why be so vocal?! LOL.

OMG - I am totally lmao!!!!! I agree with everthing that was written. The women that use the bathroom in my building, I hope their own bathrooms at home aren't that disgusting. It makes me wonder.
It makes me so uncomfortable when I go in there and someone is in the other stall and they get so quiet, like I don't know what they are doing. I feel like I have to rush and get out so they can finish!!!!!

My rule is.. if they are in there for a good amount of time ..
EXIT IMMEDIATELY or as quickly as possible Allow the woman some peace to do her 'business'.

We have a woman in our office who is a grunter!! We stay clear when she comes down the hall!!

I've got the nastiest one!!

Some old hag a$$ in here who picks her nose while she's on the bowl and then wipes it next to the toilet paper dispenser, so you have to be careful when you reach for the paper that you don't get her booger on your hand!! I had enough of her "decorative art" on the walls of the stall, so I made up this HUGE poster saying "Can the person who gets creative with their snot please stop putting it on the wall and use the paper that's next to you to blow your nose!!". I also found this nasty avatar of a woman with her finger up her nose, included it on the poster and plastered it on every stall wall!!

Needless to say, it was a huge sucess since everyone was getting grossed out over the situation and no one in HR would address it when it was brought to their attention. Let's just say the artwork ceased after the posters went up!

Well mine is very very clean but I have seen ones that I would touch with a ten foot pole. People can be so damn nasty.

Oh my God!! My former manager actually used to have me go down to the lobby to the newspaper stand and "borrow" car magazines (they had a good relationship with him so they didn't care.) Anyways, when I would return upstairs and hand him the magazine he would then make a beeline for the bathroom. He even had the balls to ask me to return it to them a few times!!!!!

I worked as a Proctor at St. Johns Law school for a season and one girl I had to work with said "I gotta go take a crap"
uhmm Thanks..

Later I had to go tinkle so I figured she's gonna be done by now and chewing on teh free food. I go up and she had apparently been at the free food adn was JUST getting to the bathroom. She sees me .. hold the door and we go in.

I use the bathroom and as Im sitting there I hear her start to grunt. I feel embarassed and quicky tinkle and redress.

Now she starts talking "Dear lord.. come out already.. ARRRRRRRRRRRRGH!" uhmm My mind is thinking "GET OUT NOW. “ I washed my hands and I hear her plop a few out Plop.. grunt… Plop.. squeak… Plop.. exhale… Deep breath… PUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUSH..

I got my butt out fast. After she finished she comes back to our little table (we were hall monitors) she sits down and just starts talking like nothing changed. “so…. How’d you find out about this?”

She TOTALLY freaked me out. What’s worse is that day I know what she had for dinner.. spicy chinese take out.. and I got to smell it too. I tried to avoid her.
