Brooklyn/Manhattan Engagement Party Location

Hi everyone! I am trying to find a location for an engagement party in Brooklyn/Manhattan for about 100 people. Not concerned about cost just yet, I'd really just like to get some ideas first.
I really want something with a nice view of the city since we'll be having some OOT guests. I'm having trouble finding a website to look on and wondering if anyone here knows of any places or websites that can help me!
