Does anyone know of any apartments/co-ops for sale in the Manhasset/Great Neck/Port Washington region that take pets?

your best bet is probably Great Neck. I don't think there are any co-ops in Port Wash or Manhasset. Maybe a few rental buildings, or condos, but not co-ops.

my friend lives in an apt in great neck (right next to the post office) and she has two dogs.

I don't know of many co-ops in that area but there is a nice one I used to live in (when I was in NY- we still own it) it is in Garden City - there were a lot of lawyers and professionals who lived there because it is across the street from the mineola train station and convenient to everything (1 mile to town, 1 mile to grocery store, 5 minute drive to Roosevelt field and the source and the restuarants)

TONS of co-ops in Great Neck - Great Neck Terrace....they always have openings....but I don't think they allow dogs.....cats, yes.
But there are a lot of co-ops in Great Neck - we couldnt' look at all of them!

look on the site mlsli.com and look at co-ops by town names. There are a ton in Great Neck.

Thanks guys. But we have two cats and a dog. We currently rent out one floor of a 2 family house in Manhasset. But our landlord just informed us that she is raising our rent from $2300 to $2500  ! I personally think it is insane!!! And I don't like to feel that I am being taken advantage of.

there's a great apartment complex in Port Washington called Soundview Gardens. I lived there for 3 years before i bought my condo. they have studios, 1 bedrooms, and 2 bedrooms. i had a studio and i had PLENTY of room. they definitely allow pets.
