Spinach Artichoke Dip

Here is a great recipe very similiar to the Olive Garden recipe.

8 oz Cream Cheese
1 can (14oz) artichoke drained and chopped
1/2 cup spinach frozen (thawed) or fresh (Steamed)
1/4 cup mayo
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1/4 cup romano cheese (can sub parm cheese)
1 clove garlic minced
1 tbsp basil (dry)
1/4 cup mozzerella grated
1/4 tsp garlic salt (or regular)
pepper to taste


Mix above ingredients and bake at 350 F for 25 minutes until it bubbles.

I love this with some fresh bread cut up and toasted slightly in the oven.
