I go to the Saturday morning meetings in Metro Mall

My leader is Kerry and she is AWESOME!!!

Depending on what you weigh is how many points you are allowed to have in one day.

I am 134 pounds. I am allowed 20 points a day. Each food has a point value.

Their is also flex points. everyone gets 35 flex points.

and their is activity points.

You can really eat and still loose weight.

I am in Woddhaven. About 20 minutes away from the airport. How would I start? Is there a center in Queens?

Yes. Their are a few.

I highly suggest the one in Metro Mall. It's on Metropolitian Avenue. The leader Kerry is AWESOME! She's so friendly, down to earth, energetic and has a great time with everyone in the meeting. FI picks on her through out the whole time and she just rolls with it. She has a great time and really loves what she does.

You just walk in and tell them you want to join. You fill out a new member card and get weighed in.

Then thats it. It's also $9.99 a week

Then every week you weigh in. Usually on the day you first started. We get weighed in every Saturday.
