My MOH spoke to me from atlantic city last night....

Ok this sentense WOULD not normally be BAD expect what would you say IF I TOLD YOU MY SHOWER AND FIRST DRESS FITTING WERE THIS FRIDAY AND SAT.

She asked me earlier this week to call her on wed to finalize our day on friday (I fly back to NY today)

SO I call her and she tells me 'OH I can't talk I am in Atlantic city - We are going on the WB morning show tomorrow morning and maybe friday - so I have no idea when I will be back in NY it depends on when THEY BRING ME BACK so don't count on me for FRIDAY OR SAT!!!!!!!!!! I might be there but honestly I just don't know - Have to go BYE and HUNG UP.

I spoke to one of my BM's who tells me 'oh yeah she called me this afternoon to tell me she was going and hadn't taken care of what she was supposed to for the shower'

Can you believe this - first one BM ruins the shower by telling me 1st the date then later on WHERE it was. NOW my MOH might not even show for my shower.

Oh, Im sooooo sorry hon. I wouldnt hold this in though. I'd let them know exactly how you feel. That just isnt right what their doing!!!

this same girl show up 1 1/2 hours late for the e-party with NO excuse or anything - she spoke to the BM's they all met in OCT and she was supposed to call my mom and start the shower planning she told them EVERY week she would take care of it - finally the girls approached my mom after christmas since she hadn't done anything and she told everyone she was completely unavailable in the month of January

I am SO sorry to read what I just read! THis is why my Bridal Party is just 3 girls total .. and I tell ya even one of those girls is making me nuts!!

I hope it all works out in the end. try to focus on YOUR day and not your MOH's self-centerness! (easier said than done - I know )

sorry to hear this, you never know people until a wedding comes around. Then they show their true colors. My BP started out with 4 girls now only 2. Sometimes things just don't work out and you have to get rid of some people.

ahhhhhhh that really stinks. i'm sorry. i would voice my dissapointment to her. not that you should guilt her into coming, but is there a way you could get your message across maybe via another BM? Is this particular girl friendly with your other BM's? i'm sorry you're dealing with this.

Well I have no idea - when I called she sounded like she was at a party or a club - we only spoke for 1 minute she said something about promoting their show? don't know who 'their' is either? All she said was that she was there to go tv and she didn't know when THEY would bring her back - then she had to go and hung up! If she doesn't show we will have to have a LONG talk - it isn't bad enough I have to deal with two crazy bm's with their own issues (one who causes drama - telling me where the shower is etc, the other fighting over WHO she will and will NOT walk with - the other two are the only ones NOT causing some sort of drama - FH says HE CAN'T WAIT until they get married because PAYBACK IS A BIOTCH

I think they are all taking this a little to casually. This is your WEDDING. I think you should tell these girls how this is making you feel.

I am so sorry that this is happening. I agree with the other ladies, sit down and tell them how you feel.

Try as much as you can to enjoy your shower. Don't give your MOH that much power on your special day.

From the fact that my mother was annoyed and the fact that I KNOW she isn't the type to throw you off - she is just not reliable - the messed up part was she told me last week she had business friday and she would come out during the day - then she said she was cancelling that - the plan was for her to come out and stay friday, then stay over and help the girls on sat - they are all leaving early sat to take care of stuff - I was wondering why my other BM sounded strange last night and made excuses why she couldn't talk because she had some phone calls to make

Question - who is this girl that she is your MOH? She doesn't seem like a very good friend IMO. I know the wedding's close but if it were me I'd be reconsidering my choice...
