I think we got our Timeline for the BIG DAY down...

I think we got our Timeline for the BIG DAY down...

Ceremony is at 11:30am....

hair appts. start at 6:30 am and we should be out by 8:30am

Photographer & makeup due at the hall where I'll be getting dressed at 9am

FH and his guys & his family will be there somewhere around 10:15-10:30 for their pics (we have a HUGE wedding party, so there is no room at his house!)

something to consider, something i was thinking about doing as well...

assign a 'keeper of the clock' for both the girls and guys to make sure things are on (or close to) schedule. my FSIL's timing was ALL OFF and we are attempting not to repeat that mistake, having someone “in charge” was one thing i was thinking would help...

what made me think of it was at the same wedding, at the end of the night, one of the GM was the designated 'transportation coordinator'. he really was a huge help and got people organized under totally chaotic and inebriated conditions...
